In 2001 Chuck followed his entrepreneurial curiosities into the field of Residential Real Estate. Now 23+ years as a Realtor, Chuck has been a buyers’ specialist, solo agent, mentor, instructor, accredited Strengths Coach and Agent / Leadership Coach as well as serving on various committees and boards within the industry at the local, state and national levels.
He began his coaching career with The Locker Room in early 2020 and currently operates in the role of National Launch Partner coaching Broker Owners, Team Leads, Agents, as well as fellow Locker Room Coaches. Considering himself a transformational coach, Chuck thrives on coaching to the whole person, and by empowering them to reach their fullest potential through a balanced work / life rhythm.
