Raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Memphian by choice since November 2002, Qur’an has spent over two decades dedicated to public service. Her passion for helping others led her to transition the skills and experiences she developed as a public servant into a successful real estate career. As a Tennessee licensed Affiliate Broker with 4 Success Realty & Property Management, Inc. for nearly a decade, Qur’an also owns a multi-faceted consulting firm and a cosmetics and beauty consulting entity.
Qur’an is committed to helping her clients realize their real estate dreams, develop lifelong financial literacy, and overcome barriers to success for small and local businesses. She is an active member of several local and national boards, including the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, National Association of Real Estate Brokers, and the Memphis Chapter of the Women's Council of National Association of Real Estate Brokers. She has served in various leadership roles within these organizations and in non-profit agencies in Tennessee and Georgia.
A proud member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. since 2000, Qur’an continues to be a passionate advocate for community service and empowerment.
Qur’an is married to Charlie C. Folsom, Jr., and together they have two sons—Charlie III and Caleb.
